Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the hearofy.io website or the Hearofy — Life Memos application ("the App"), you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
2. Description of the service
Hearofy is a mobile application for transcribing and processing voice memos, available in a free version and a subscription version ("Hearofy Pro"). Hearofy is developed and distributed by Cristiano Saggin under the EightyFourNow brand.
3. Hearofy Pro subscription
The Hearofy Pro subscription costs €5.99 per month and is managed entirely through Google Play Store Billing.
- • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- • Cancellation: can be done at any time from the Google Play account settings (Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- • Refunds: are handled according to Google Play Store policies. Under EU regulations on the right of withdrawal for digital content, that right lapses once service delivery has begun with the user's express consent.
4. Cloud Credits
Cloud Credits (free via Rewarded Ads on the Free plan, or included monthly with the Pro plan) are strictly personal, non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and reset at the end of each monthly cycle, unless otherwise stated within the App.
5. AI Disclaimer
Hearofy uses artificial intelligence models (both local and cloud) to transcribe audio and automatically extract dates, times, and information from voice memos. These models, by their nature, may make errors or inaccuracies in transcription or in interpreting dates and times.
The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any date, time, or reminder before confirming it or adding it to their calendar. The Controller is not liable for consequences arising from inaccuracies generated by the AI models.
6. Intellectual property
The name "Hearofy", logos, text, source code, graphics, and any other content of the App are the exclusive property of the Controller, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as-is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Controller does not guarantee the service will be error- or interruption-free, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the Controller's domicile in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to consumers under EU law.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or the App with reasonable notice before they take effect.
